We offer a 30 day return on items that are not customized. with the customer paying the return shipping costs.   If customized and you are not satisfied with your product we can offer a portion of the sale back minus the materials used to make it. Please reach out to us at devilwomandecor@yahoo.com and we will try to find a solution including remaking the item if you are not satisfied with your item.
